CCCA-BTP

Collective intelligence at the service of foresight

Our intervention

The CCCA-BTP, which is responsible for helping to develop vocational training, particularly apprenticeships, in the building and civil engineering trades, keeps an active watch to anticipate developments in the sector and provide guidance to training bodies and professional organisations in the building and civil engineering sector. To reinforce this approach, they expressed the need to structure a collaborative watch to launch a prospective study on the aspirations of the younger generations vis-à-vis the world of work. Thanks to dedicated training and the creation of suitable environments, we helped the CCCA-BTP to structure a collective watch and integrate forward-looking tools, thus helping them to anticipate trends and strengthen the collective intelligence within their working group.

We also supported the CCCA-BTP in getting to know and deploying Curebot, enabling teams and partners to collect, analyze and share strategic information. Through collaborative workshops and mapping of the existing situation, EspritsCollaboratifs co-constructed the roadmap for this forward-looking approach. New working methods have emerged, based on collective information management and knowledge enhancement, for a shared and enriched vision of the sector's future.

“With Curebot, we needed a tool capable of supporting our foresight study from start to finish: from information gathering (intelligence) to the co-authoring of our hypotheses and scenarios, including the ongoing sharing of key articles and studies for our variables. Curebot should be a real facilitator for the members of our working group, and serve as a central meeting point for collaboration and exchanges throughout the study.”
